Our Facilities
The school consists of one classroom with fully equipped front and back bar. The bar has nine working stations, one for each student. Each student is guaranteed their own work station. We do not double-up students.
Equipment that is available for shared use by students includes:
- Beverage flavor dispensing systems
- Glassware
- Ice bins
- Jockey box
- Electric blenders
- Commercial bar mixers
- Cash registers
- Draft beer keg
- Ice machines
Each student has the use of their own station with mixing utensils and glassware.
This institution, the facilities it occupies, and the equipment it utilizes fully complies with any and all federal, state, and local ordinances and regulations including those requirements as to fire safety, building safety and health.
